Hi Missy,

I think you are right on with this:
"Then the focus becomes about what do I want to create next rather than what do I want to fix that I don’t like."

The energy behind creating from that place is so much more expansive than the energy behind wanting to fix yourself.

I think this is an interesting fine line to walk. I always wonder about that in terms of body image. One the one hand, I want to be satisfied with and love who I am. On the other hand, I want to look better, feel healthier, and lose weight. I think the balance is to approach self improvement from a place of satisfaction rather than from a place of reproach, fear, anger, frustration, etc. When I can joyfully make change and strive for something different or better, it is so much easier to manifest and accomplish. THen the focus becomes about what do I want to create next rather than what do I want to fix that I don't like.
