In my experience I have evolved into a place of knowing my power, truly knowing who I am inside and out (with so much more to come too) It is when I do embrace all my beautiful unique and quirky ways that I feel the blossom happen- I open to my world in a way that feels right on and so, so, so , so in alignment with my soul- I love my outwardly expression I have, I love my aggressiveness, I that I am afraid and vulnerable at times because YES it is a perfect reminder that I AM alive! The piece on how when you numb a "bad" feeling out and in turn it numbs everything out was in deed eye opening and put a lot of pieces together for me was a big take away for me with this video, thank you for sharing this in this perfect timing~ I feel that I've been doing my own research in this topic of vulnerability and authenticity for quite some time and I'm ready to experience it, me, all of me~ As a matter of fact, I have been asked to speak to a group of women on this very topic and I am bubblin' with joy, fear and vulnerability around this- I FEEL SO ALIVE and will continue to blossom over and over and over again!
