Do You HAVE to Work Hard for the Money?
Posted by: | CommentsIf you believe that you must work hard in order to deserve the money that comes to you, then money cannot come to you unless you do work hard. Financial success, or any other kind of success, does not require hard work. It does require alignment of thought. You simply cannot offer negative thought about things that you desire and then make up for it with action or hard work. When you learn to direct your own thoughts, you will discover the true leverage of Energy alignment.

Excerpted from the book “Money and the Law of Attraction: Learning to Attract Health, Wealth and Happiness
Energy Alignment is where it is at. It is vital to be aware of your thoughts and stories about how your world works. They are the blueprint for your experience.
The more aware you are, the easier it is to deliberately direct your thoughts.
The thing is, most people are not aware of their stories and thoughts about the world. They just think “Thats just the way it is”.
In most cases, you are too caught up in living your story to recognize that you are in it.
There is great benefit to learning to identify your stories about money, relationship, health, work, gender roles and all other aspects of your life.
Especially if your are not satisfied with how they are turning out.
A very common story is that you HAVE to work hard in order to make money. That the road to success paved with long hours, struggle,
sacrifice, hard work, and paying your dues.
If this is your story, I challenge you to step back and begin to questions where that story came from and if it has to be true for you.
Can you imagine effortless success?
If the idea of effortless success is appealing to you, tune into Defy the Box radio Tuesday July 28th and listen to me discuss this
with my guest Ruth Hagerty.
Why Your Bad Day Just Keeps Getting Worse.
Posted by: | CommentsEver have one of those days when you wake up late, stub your toe rushing to the bathroom and things just go down hill from there? This quote does a great job explaining why.
Every thought that you think is vibrating at a very personal frequency . . . and by the powerful Law of Attraction (the essence of that which is like unto itself, is drawn), that thought is now attracting another thought that is its Vibrational Match. And now, those combined thoughts are vibrating at a frequency that is higher than the thought that came before; and they will now, by the Law of Attraction, attract another and another and another, until eventually the thoughts will be powerful enough to attract a “real life” situation or manifestation.
— Abraham
Excerpted from the book “Money and the Law of Attraction: Learning to Attract Health, Wealth and Happiness”
The cool thing about the Law of Attraction is that it works to create a amazing and satisfying day too. It is simple, when you wake up take a few minutes to think about something that feels really good to you.
Maybe you imagine how it feels to get all your work done in an easy fun manner,
or all the things you appricate about your life.
Or better yet, take some time to play and frolic with your lover at the start of your day (or your pets or whatever feels good to you), so that you start the day with that juicy energy. Bask in the good feelings and watch them expand.
What juicy goodness would you like to start your day with?
Does Money and Spirituality Mix?
Posted by: | CommentsI keep hearing this same story over and over.
It’s the one that says you are not supposed to charge money for healing work.
Especially if your work is spiritual in nature.
Where did this story come from?
I say it is a bunch of CRAP.
Money has no negative effect on healing or Spirituality.
Money is just another form of energy. It is not the root of all evil as some folks will have you think.
When you provide a service to someone, weather it be teaching, healing, or providing a safe space, you deserve a fair energy exchange for your time and efforts.
How might we re-write this story about money and Spirituality so that it encourages and supports people in offering their talents to heal the world?
What would that look like to you?

Be What You Want!
Posted by: | CommentsThere are as many different worlds as there are perceivers or Beings or individuals. You are not here to create one world where everyone is the same, wanting and getting the same. You are here to be that which you want to be, while you allow all others to be that which they want to be.
