Appointment Quest On-Line Scheduling
Instructions
* Set-up Profile:
New clients – Click here to register and make an appointment
In the top task bar, click on My Profile.
Click on Enrollment and fill-in the required information. Don’t forget to save your username and password for reference when making future appointments.
Click Enroll and you are directed to the scheduling interface to begin making your appointment.
* Make Appointment:
Click on Make Appointment for Coaching Client session
Select the date on the calendar you would like to schedule your appointment. Notice the days that are available for this service is blocked in a slightly darker grey shade.
Select the time you would like to schedule your appointment. Only times that are available for appointment are displayed as choices. Note: Times displayed are in Eastern Time Zone.
Review and confirm your appointment selected is correct and then click on Make Appointment.
An email notification will be sent to you notifying you that you successfully scheduled an appointment. Attached to the email is a calendar card which when doubled click will open and you can save to your calendar management program, i.e. MS Outlook. In addition, an email reminder for your appointment will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled time.
* Rescheduling Appointments:
Click Returning clients
Enter your username and password and click on Login.
In the top task bar, click on My Appointments.
Find the appointment that you need to reschedule and click on Reschedule.
Click on the time you need to reschedule the appointment for from the available times shown at the bottom of the screen.
Review and confirm your appointment selected is correct and then click on Reschedule.
* Canceling Appointments:
Click Returning clients
Enter your username and password and click on Login.
In the top task bar, click on My Appointments.
Find the appointment that you need to cancel and click on Cancel.
