What’s your theme for the new year?
My theme for 2025 is being fully self-expressed!
I prefer having a theme rather than resolutions. Mostly because I suck at resolutions!
In my mind, resolutions take willpower and that is not something that I have a lot of. I gave up on forcing myself to have willpower a long time ago. It’s just not how I operate. I get more done when I choose to focus on bringing more of something into my life! It’s more fun and expansive which is how I like to roll.
What works best for you when it comes to making changes?
The first thing I’m doing as part of my self-expression theme is to start flying my freak flag higher and prouder in my biz. It seems like the perfect place to start since flying your freak flag is all about self-expression and letting people see the real you.
Here are some of the things you’re going to be seeing more of from me-
I’ll be talking more about the law of attraction and how to work in harmony with it to create your freaky empire. This principle is the foundation of the work I do and it’s time I gave it the place of honor it deserves.
I’m changing my services around to better reflect how I love to work with people. Gone will be the group programs, and convoluted coaching packages. I’m going to be focused on offering Unfurl Your Freak Flag Sessions and Booster Packs. (Email me if you want to learn more about this!) There will be two other ways that people can work with me that I’ll be revealing in the future.
I’m ditching my podcast that has been sitting around gathering dust for the past 6 months. It was fun for a while but I’m ready to move on to something else now…..like being interviewed by other people!!!! Don’t worry; you can still listen to all the past episodes here.
I’m focusing on only doing things that I want to do rather than things I feel I need to do. Over the past few weeks I’ve really been noticing the difference between these two energies.
When I want to do something- like work on my new kick-ass email series-I feel excited and expansive. I can’t wait to get started.
But, when I feel like I need to work on that same email series, there is a sense of pressure and constrictive energy about it.
Typically the thoughts that come with the feeling that I need to work on it are based in the idea that if I don’t work on the email series , then I’ll never get another client, or I won’t be able to grow my list or make money. Everything is contingent on my finishing that email series…..so I neeeed to do it! Can you feel the pressure there? I can’t produce anything kick-ass under those conditions!

I invite you to notice when you are doing something in your biz because you think you need to do it, rather than wanting to do it. Which energy feels more expansive to you?
From a law of attraction perspective- which energy do you think is going to get you into your freaking fabulous empire faster? The expansive energy of -I want to do this- wins every time.

Any time is a good time to Amplify!

Hell, I’m a strong advocate for doing it every day so you are constantly sending the vibration of what you want more of out into the Universe.

I’m appreciating the amazing women who are in the Morning Whip with me. Erika is a fearless leader and she has attracted some cool ladies. I appreciate their reflection, what they are creating, and how they share themselves. I also appreciate the way this group has stimulated my brain and helped me distill down my desire for my coaching biz. It is a kick-ass environment for the expansion I’m going through right now.
I appreciate being home for a while! I’ve been off on so many amazing weekend adventures lately for work and play that I’m really appreciating my beautiful home and having some space to settle in and relax for the next few months.
I’m crazy for holiday decorations! This year I’m really enjoying decorating my house and getting creative. I’m doing my best not to go overboard! LOL!

Are You Caught Up in the Frenzy?
Posted by: | CommentsIt’s Black Friday- The day after Thanksgiving – and the media has been doing its best to whip us up into a frenzy of shopping activity for the Christmas holiday.
Did it work?
Were you standing in line at 3 AM to get a super deal on a new laptop or remote control car?
One of my brother’s neighbors was off to stand in line at Target at 9 PM so she wouldn’t miss the door-buster sales happening at midnight. She cooked all day to make dinner for her large family, and then was off to go shopping.
Whatever happened to spending Thanksgiving relaxing and enjoying our families, and appreciating all the juicy goodness in our lives
I didn’t get caught up in the shopping frenzy. Instead I chillaxed with my family outside by the fire pit, and then watched Elf with my nieces. Today we are off to the Philadelphia Zoo and to wander around town for a bit. I wouldn’t give up this time with my nieces for anything! I don’t get to see them enough as it is!
I have an idea!
Instead of getting caught up in a frenzy of shopping- let’s get caught up in a Frenzy of Appreciation!!!
It will pay off in a much bigger way! The more you appreciate in your life, the more you amplify the energy of what you want more of. Doing this sends a mighty strong signal out to the Universe saying- MORE OF THIS PLEASE!!!
Let’s go!!! I’m appreciating-
Time with my family!! It’s great to get together with my brothers, sister-in-laws and nieces for a very relaxed holiday. As we have gotten older we have settled into a great family dynamic and really enjoy each other’s company.
Getting flowers for no reason except to make me smile! My sweet boyfriend sent me a surprise bouquet of roses this week. They are so lovely and really made my day! I love that he is thoughtful like that. He is a keeper for sure!
New clients!!! I love the work that I do and the cool people that I get to help. It’s so fun to support someone as they own who they are and unfurl their freak flag. I love the ongoing conversation and shining the light of awareness onto the stories and beliefs that keep you from wholly being who you are.
This crazy warm weather! It was wonderful to eat Thanksgiving dinner outside and then sit around a fire laughing and enjoying good company. The warm sunshine is good!!

Open the Way For Your Ever-Abundant Flow

Energetically things are all off and you won’t get the results you are looking for.
In order to open the way for that ever-abundant flow of juicy goodness to start rushing in, you need to be in alignment with YOU. This applies to your life and your biz.
If you struggle to figure out what to write about on your blog or e-zine because you’re wondering what people want to hear from you- you are out of alignment.
When you write posts and articles based on what you feel excited to share – the way is open, baby!!
When you do things because they are expected of you, not because you want to- you are out of alignment.
When you fill your day doing things that you are excited about and interested in- your abundant flow is gushing.
When you are in alignment with YOU the way opens up and your next steps seem obvious. You don’t worry about what other people think and it all feels good. You naturally attract people and experiences to you that are resonating with your aligned energy.
Take a minute to imagine what that is like.
You only offer the services that you totally dig offering in your biz. You put your own special twist on what you do and it feels awesome. You get excited just talking about what you offer and it’s so easy to write about and pimp out. The perfect clients appear. It’s a blast working with them and they get fantastic results.
This is what Flying Your Freak Flag in your biz is all about! Coming into alignment with YOU and becoming so bright and shiny that your right people can see you from miles away.
So I ask you- Are you totally in love with what you’re offering and the people you’re working with in your biz?

Do you sit there hoping that someone/something will come along and make your dream come true?
Do you sit there saying your affirmations and intentions over and over again and waiting for the LOA to do it’s thing?
If either one is your strategy- Good Luck!
I’m of the same mindset as Danielle Laporte when it comes to using hope as your strategy.
It’s too passive.
Saying your affirmations and intentions over and over again is a little bit better –at least your doing something- but the energy behind it tends to be coming from a place of lack. What you want hasn’t shown up yet and you’re noticing that so you keep asking for it over and over again.
Since the Law of Attraction is responding to your energy…..it doesn’t matter what your saying…if you feel the lack and that is what is driving your actions- the lack is what you’ll get more of.
This is what works- appreciate everything you already have. Actively notice and feel good about the areas of your life that you want to change.
If you want more passion in your life- think about all the things in your life that you already feel passionate about and spend time appreciating them.
You want more connection- think about all your relationships and all the places where you already feel connected and appreciate them.
Here’s the big one…..You want more money- appreciate the money that you already have. Feel good about being able to pay bills and buy coffee. Be excited about any money that comes in.
Appreciation is the rocket fuel that will take your life to the next level.
Seriously! Why would the Universe …or anyone for that matter….give you more of anything if you don’t appreciate what you already have???
And that is why we do Amplification Friday around here! To give you and me a chance to focus on what we appreciate from our week so we can get more of the juicy goodness that rocks our world!

I appreciate the late blooming roses outside my window. They are so beautiful!!
All the birthday love that came my way! I was pampered and spoiled and showered with lovely gifts. My sweetie treated me like a queen – actually, he always does 
He gave me a beautiful new mermaid locket, which I can’t wait to put some pictures into!!!
I appreciate the ease with which the words are flowing from my fingers. The more I commit to speaking from my own voice the easier it becomes.
I appreciate the opportunity to rock the mic at Zestfest this weekend! I get to talk about one of my favorite subjects- flying your freak flag- with a group of amazing women. It totally rocks!
